There are no refunds on this item. This tree has taken years to grow and is very healthy. We will pack and ship the very best way possible. Some breakage, leaf drop or soil drying out may occur in transit. There is small gravel on the top, and soil in the pot. I cannot hand you the plant, it travels through a freight system, and can be thrown around by them. Please expect loose dirt and maybe the plant loose in pot. When you receive the tree,place in filtered light, water and allow to adapt to its new home. Please only purchase our trees if you accept this possibility, and you will take good care of our beautiful trees. Our plant prices are very low, we use good packaging material. We don't overprice our trees to allow for a percentage of refunds like some of the other sellers.  Please don't ask for credit, I would rather keep in my garden, then to lose my trees and all the shipping and ebay costs. Plants are shipped only on Mondays after payment is received.  I do not guarantee an arrival date (unless I am delivering in West Palm Beach), and I will choose the best shipping method on each order, depending on plant,size, and estimation of shipping time.
