• Flamingo Plants offers the following Returns Policy: 
  RETAIL: If you are not satisfied with your plants or seeds please contact within 48 hours of receipt of order.  Together we will determine best solution. 
  WHOLESALE: Please contact me within 48 hours of receipt if any problems occur.  Together we will work out a solution. Shortages or damaged products should be reported to the trucker immediately. 
  
• We will pack the best we can, however we cannot insure that the shipper will not damage, lose, or the item will be in temperature controlled situation. We have had years of VERY GOOD experience in shipping! Growing plants or seeds is up to the buyer and we cannot be responsible for this. We know you will be pleased with our products and will return when you need products we offer.
